E-Procurement market place (SciQuest) is a web based application that allows users to purchase products/services from vendors. E-procurement provides faster handling of purchase orders with quick, simple access to contract or negotiated pricing through on-line catalogs that eliminates paper as well as the need to copy and file requisitions - access via our University Portal.

Payment Action

Payment Actions is used to initiate and approve automated payment actions for staff, faculty, and students.


Performance Management and Development Process (PMDP) system allows users to view prior performance reviews, complete current year review and write and/or update performance goals.

Separation System

The Separation System is an online application where managers and area representatives can submit a separation form to terminate employees (faculty, staff, and students).


The Supervisor Information Management System (SIMS) is an online application that allows users to update supervisor/employee relationship information in PMDP/Banner.

UKG Ready

UKG Ready is an online applicant tracking and onboarding system that allows managers to update position descriptions and post job openings. The system tracks all job applications and documents. It also includes an Employee Records module where new hires complete and submit their onboarding paperwork electronically.

Reportal/Report Requests

Reportal is a self-service portal where users can access reports to run on demand. Access to these reports is controlled based on the area the user belongs to.

Total Contract Manager

Total Contract Manager is designed to track and monitor contracts through the various points of process and approval to ensure that Contract Managers/Originating Units can monitor the status of contract approval at every stage of the process.
