Verification Requests: Open a Request Ticket

Open a verification request with the Office of the Registrar for services included:

• Clearinghouse Verification
• Deferment, Common Application, Dependent Student Certification, Scholar Enrollment, Firstmark Services Verification, and Sibling Enrollment Verification

Students can submit an enrollment/degree verification form request directly though the Registrar's webpage. All third-party verification requests must be submitted through the Clearinghouse.
