Introduction
At the end of each semester/term, faculty need to enter final course grades for students via the MyPace Portal. Below are the steps.
Note: When logging in to the MyPace Portal you will be required to provide a Duo Multifactor Authentication (MFA) passcode. If you need to enroll in Duo MFA for the first time, please visit the Duo First Device Enrollment page, or contact the ITS Help Desk for assistance. For more detailed login steps using Duo MFA, please review the MyPace Portal article.
Instructions
- Go to https://portal.pace.edu
- Log in to MyPace Portal with your username, password and Duo passcode (when prompted)

- Click Faculty from the list of options

- Click Faculty Services under Links for Faculty

- Click Final Grades under the Faculty Services

- In the Faculty Grade Entry table, click the "Not Started" button under the Grading Status column to display the desired student course roster
Note: The student roster will display under the Faculty Grade Entry table.

- In the roster's Final Grade column, click the dropdown and select each student's final course grade

- When ready, press the Save button at the bottom of the screen to save and submit all grades
