Zoom: Outlook Plugin Installation

Introduction

The Zoom plugin for Outlook client installs a button on the Microsoft Outlook ribbon to enable you to start or schedule a meeting with one-click.

Instructions

1. Go to pace.zoom.us
2. Log in with your Pace username and password and click LOGIN
   
3. Click RESOURCES tab at the top right screen and click the Download Zoom Client
   
4. Scroll down to find the Microsoft Outlook section
5. Click Download button or link
   • PC Users:
     
   • Mac Users:
     
6. Run and install the file that was downloaded
7. The Zoom button will be available on Outlook calendar ribbon to easily schedule meetings
