Zoom: Room Station Instructions

Introduction

Instructions below will show you how to add room station to a Zoom meeting.

Instructions

  1. Launch the Zoom application on your computer
    Launch Zoom
  2. If you’re signed in automatically, go to step 3. If not, follow steps a-d below:
    • Click Sign In with SSO
      Sign In with SSO
    • Type pace in the field and Continue
      SSO
    • Type Pace Username and Password and click LOGIN
      Login
    • If prompted, click Open link
      Open Link
  3. Select one of the meeting options below:
    1. Starting your meeting via pace.zoom.us
    2. Starting your meeting via Classes.pace.edu

Starting your meeting via pace.zoom.us

  1. Open a browser and go to pace.zoom.us
  2. Click Login
    Login
  3. Type your Pace Username and Password and click LOGIN
    Enter Credentials

     
  4. Click the Meetings tab
    Meetings
  5. Click Start to start your meeting
    Start
  6. If prompted, click Open link
    Open Link
    • Note: Your meeting should launched the Zoom application
       
  7. Click Participants
    Participants
  8. Click Invite
    Invite
  9. Click on the Zoom Rooms tab
    Zoom Rooms
  10. Select the desired room from the list
    Room List
  11. Click Invite button
    Invite

Starting your meeting via Classes.pace.edu

  1. Open a browser and go to classes.pace.edu
  2. Type your Pace Username and Password and click LOGIN
    LOGIN
  3. Select your course
  4. Click Video
    Classes Video
  5. Select Zoom
    Classes Zoom
  6. Click the Zoom Tool link that you have added
  7. Click Start to start your meeting
    Start
  8. If prompted, click Open link
    Launch Zoom
    • Note: Your meeting should launched the Zoom application
  9. Click Participants
    Participants
  10. Click Invite
    Invite
  11. Click on the Zoom Rooms tab
    Zoom Rooms
  12. Select the desired room from the list
    Zoom Room List
  13. Click Invite button
    Invite
