Introduction
Pace students, faculty, and staff who have forgotten their Pace password associated with your Pace username, have the ability to reset it on their own by following the steps below. Please note that you must already have an alternate email address saved in your. Pace Portal personal information profile in order to complete this process.
- If you know your current password and would like to change it, please follow the Password Change steps instead.
- Contractors with temporary accounts will need to have their sponsors contact the ITS Help Desk for assistance to reset the contractor’s password.
Instructions
- Navigate to adam.pace.edu
- Click Password Reset on the right side of the page
- Type your Username
- Type in your Non-Pace (alternate) Email Address already saved in your Pace Portal profile
- Click Continue
- Note: You'll be sent a reset link to your alternate email account, if it matches the one already saved in your profile
- In your alternate email account, locate the email with the reset link
- Click the reset link and follow the prompts to reset your password
