Introduction
Pace Students, Faculty, and Staff can set up their Exchange Online (Office 365) email account on their mobile Apple (iOS) device using the iOS email app.
Note:
- These instructions were created using iOS 17 version.
- Some steps and images below may be different for other iOS versions.

Note: If you have a previous Pace Exchange email account setup on your device, please follow the steps below to delete it before you complete the new setup steps.
Instructions
Setting up Exchange Online (Office 365) Email Account
- Launch Settings
- Click Mail and click Add Account... or Accounts
- Note: If you're using an earlier iOS, go instead to Accounts and Passwords
- Click Add Account if listed
- Click Microsoft Exchange
- Type your Pace email address in the Email field
- Click Next
- Click Sign In on the pop-up window
- If prompted, click Continue
- Type Pace password in the Password field and click Sign in
- Note: If prompted to save password, select Never for This Website
- Enter the Duo passcode and click the Verify button
- Note : Retrieve 6-digit passcode generated from the Duo Mobile app or hardware token
- Select from the listed options (Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Reminders) the ones you would like to sync
- Click Save
Note: Your pace email account now will be listed in Accounts
Deleting Exchange Email Account
- Launch Settings
- Click Mail and click Accounts
- Note: If you're using an earlier iOS, go instead to Accounts and Passwords
- Select the Pace Exchange email account listed
- Click Delete Account at the bottom
- Click Delete Account
Note: After successfully deleting the Pace email account, you will an option to Add Account
