This service allows onboarding staff to use one central form to request access to multiple systems for a new employee. The main request form will be used to create additional tickets automatically and then route them to each appropriate area for processing. Please note: The onboarding staff member (requestor) will receive separate email confirmations for each new ticket created and any subsequent follow-up should be done via each respective ticket and the specific group managing that request. The main ticket cannot track the status of those tickets and will be closed upon successful submission.
