Zoom: Assigning Scheduling Privileges

Introduction

This article will instruct how to assign Zoom scheduling privileges.

Note: Both the scheduler and account owner must have a Zoom Pace account. To authenticate your Pace Zoom account follow the instructions linked Authenticating Your Zoom Pace Account

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal
  2. In the navigation menu, click Settings
  3. Click the Meeting tab

  4. Under Other, scroll down to Schedule Privilege. Click Edit next to Assign scheduling privilege to.

  5. Under Users, enter the email address of the Pace staff member you would like to give scheduling privileges to in the text box
    • OPTIONAL: To add more users or email addresses to assign scheduling privileges, click Add

  6. Click Save

Once the Scheduling Privileges have been created - the scheduler can begin scheduling meetings on your behalf. Instructions on how to do so are linked here: Scheduling a Zoom Meeting for Another Zoom User
