Introduction
Citrix is a virtual desktop accessible within most browsers. Browsers supporting HTML5 will be able to access the Citrix desktop without the need of additional software.
Note: Starting Wednesday, January 3, Citrix Virtual Lab will be switched over to the Duo Universal Prompt. However, due to specific requirements needed to maintain system security within the Citrix environment, users will now need to authenticate twice; once to access Virtual Lab (username, password, and Duo passcode) and a second time upon launching any application (username and password only).
