Virtual Private Network (VPN): Installing Cisco AnyConnect VPN for Windows

Introduction

Virtual Private Network (VPN) is known as a secure method of accessing the Pace University network and computer resources. This page provides instructions on how to install and connect to the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client for Windows.

Note: The Pace VPN can only to be used from off-campus.

Instructions

Installing Cisco AnyConnect VPN on a Windows Computer

1. Go to adam.pace.edu
2. Select Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client
   
3. Type your Pace Username and Password and click Login
   
4. Select from the Windows client
5. Locate and open the downloaded file
6. Right-click on the zipped file
   
7. Select 7-Zip and click Extract to "anyconnect..."
   
8. Locate and open the extracted folder
9. Double click Setup installation package
   
10. Select Core & VPN and deselect all other options
    
11. Click Install Selected
12. Click OK
    
13. Click Accept to the terms and conditions 
    
14. Hit OK
