Introduction
Students must be registered for a current or upcoming class to have an active Pace One Card which can be used to release Pharos print jobs. When students are unable to use their Pace One Card to release Pharos print jobs, the following steps may be taken to check the card's active/inactive status.
Instructions
To check One Card active status:
- Go to https://pace-sp.transactcampus.com/eAccounts
- Click Sign In and login using your Pace username and password
- Note: If you login and receive a message saying the system is unable to identify customer information, your transact account and Pace One Card are inactive.
- Click Card Services at the top left of the navigation menu
- Click Dropdown to view all cards you have owned
- Note: The last card in the drop down menu is your most recent active card, and the number should match that which is displayed on the front of the card you're currently using. All other cards listed will not work with Pharos printing system. If you do not see an option to deactivate a card, you do not have active Pace One Card.
- Optional: Select card number you would like to deactivate and click on Deactivate Card button
