Pharos: Check Printing Balance

Introduction

Below are instructions on how to check your Pharos printing balance from the Technology Grant and Campus Printing Account.

Instructions

There are 2 ways of checking your printing balance.

Option1

1. Log onto Pharos printer using Pace username and password, or swipe with Pace ID card
   
2. Tap My Account in the upper tab
   

• Note: This screen will list the balance of the Technology Grant and any available funds of the Campus Printing Account.

Option 2

The instructions listed in this section will only provide the balance of the Technology Grant. Please refer to the Campus Printing Account system for additional printing funds.  

1. Go to https://printing.pace.edu (only accessible from within Pace’s Network)
2. Login using your Pace username and password
   
3. Your Technology Grant balance will show at the bottom of the screen under payment method
