Zoom: Using Zoom Notes

Introduction

This article will instruct on how to set up notes on Zoom while in a meeting.

Instructions

Create a Note

  1. Click the Notes icon in the meeting controls tool bar
    Click notes on the right side of the top bar
    • Note: On the zoom browser, Notes is located on the left side of the screen
      Click on notes
  2. Click New

View and Edit Notes

  1. Click the Notes icon in the meeting controls tool bar

  2. Select which note to edit or view
     

Share a Note

  1. Create a new note or select an existing note

  2. Click the Share button

To share with specific individuals:

  1. Click the Share button

  2. Enter contact name(s), email(s), or channels.

  3. Choose “Co-Owner,” “Editor,” or “Viewer” to select editing and viewing permissions.

  4. Click Share Note
    Click share

To share with Meeting Participants:

  1. Under "Share with Meeting collaborators", click Share to Meeting

  2. Click Collaborating to allow participants to edit the note OR Viewing to allow participants to view the note only.
