Introduction

Follow the instructions below to learn how to set up Zoom Scheduler to add it to your Pace email signature.

Instructions

  1. Go to pace.zoom.us and sign in with Pace Credentials
  2. Select the Scheduler tab on the left
    Click on scheduler
  3. Select Get Started
    Click get started
  4. Select Sign in with Microsoft
    Click sign in with microsoft
  5. Enter your pace email address and then click Next

  6. Enter your pace email password and click Sign in

  7. Enter your DUO passcode and click Log in
    enter your duo mobile code
  8. Select + Create Booking Schedule
    click create booking schedule
  9. Select Repeating Availability then select Next

  10. In this section, you can create and edit the scheduler meeting. You may proceed through the steps by selecting Next
    edit scheduler meeting here then click next to edit more options
  11. Once you have finished setting up the scheduler meeting, you may select Finish
    Once you are done editing, click finish
  12. Your scheduler meeting is now created. From here, we will select “Copy Link” and we will add the link to our Signature in Outlook. Once you have selected “Copy Link” you may now open Outlook.
    Click copy link
  13. In Outlook, select settings gear icon in the top right corner
    Click the settings wheel at the top right
  14. Select the Mail tab within Settings
    In settings, click Mail
  15. Click on Compose and reply
    Click compose and reply
  16. Click + New signature or select a previously used signature from the signature name drop down menu
    Click in the box to start typing and click + New signature to generate a new blank space
  17. You may type Schedule a Meeting at the bottom of your signature. Then highlight the word and select the hyperlink icon on the toolbar above
    click the icon that looks like (--) found inbetween the two A's
  18. Finally, paste the copied Zoom scheduler link in the Web address box and select OK
    Paste the link then click ok
