Duo Multifactor Authentication (MFA)

• To enroll in Duo MFA for the first time, review these steps: Duo (MFA): First Device Enrollment
• If your Duo account is locked, please call the ITS Help Desk during normal business hours to get assistance.

Email

• Email Account Setup for Mobile Devices on Exchange Online (Office 365)

Pace Password

• Need a password reset?  You can reset it yourself via the ADAM.pace.edu Password Reset utility.
  • Note: You'll need to provide a non-Pace email address where a reset link can be sent and that email account must already be in your Pace Portal profile (personal information section).  Otherwise, please call the ITS Help Desk to speak to an agent who can assist you (see phone number below).
