Zoom: Entering a Pace Zoom Event


This article will instruct on how to enter a Pace Zoom event.

Note: You must register for the event and receive a ticket before entering the lobby. See this article if you need assistance registering for a Pace Zoom Event: Registering for a Pace Zoom Event


  1. Click the link to the event page
    • Note: This can be found on the ticket that was emailed to you after you registered for the event or the link that was sent to you by the event organizer.
  2. If you see the Register button and have already registered, click the Sign in button at the top of the page.

  3. If you are not already signed in to the Zoom server, you will be prompted to sign in. If you use a Pace Zoom account, you MUST select SSO as your sign-in option
  4. Type in pace as your company domain and click Continue
  5. Enter your MyPace credentials
  6. You will be taken to the event’s landing page, click the Join Lobby button

  7. This will open a new window in your Zoom Client. Now you can join the various event sessions.
    • NOTE: If you try to join the lobby of a Zoom Event and are stuck on a loading screen that says, “Your lobby is being prepared.”
      Please navigate to the web page that was opened in your web browser (ie. Firefox, Chrome). Click  Skip and Join In-Progress Session located under the Join Lobby button.

  8. This will take you to a web page with the active sessions. Click Join Session to enter the event or in progress session, you would like to join.
