Panopto: Share Recordings via Link

Introduction

This article will instruct how to share panopto recordings via link.

Instructions

1. Go to the Panopto server
2. Once the webpage loads, select Sign In under Pace Brightspace
   
3. You will then be prompted to enter your Pace Credentials. Enter your Pace username (do NOT include @pace.edu) and your Pace password, followed by LOGIN.
   
4. Once you have successfully logged into the Pace server, select My Folder followed by Meeting Recordings
   
5. Hover over the specific recording you would like to share, and select Share
   
6. In the Share settings, select Change under Who can access this video
   
7. Select Your Organization (unlisted). This options allows you to share this link with anyone in the Pace Community.
   • Note: Users will only be able to view the recording by entering their Pace credentials
     
8. Once the access Change has been completed to Your Organization (unlisted), select Copy Link
