Zoom: Running an Attendee Report

Introduction

This article will instruct how to run an attendee report on Zoom.

Instructions

  1. Log into your Pace Zoom account at https://pace.zoom.us
  2. Go to the Reports tab and select Usage

  3. Make sure to adjust the dates to find the correct Meeting date. Once you have the correct date/date range, select Search.

  4. Click on the number of participants (highlighted in blue) for the meeting in which you would like to take attendance.

  5. A window with the Meeting Participants will display on the screen. To download the information, select Export with meeting data and Show unique users, followed by Export.
