Zoom: Adding an Alternative Host to an Existing Meeting

Introduction

This article will show how to add an alternative host to an existing Zoom meeting.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal with your Pace credentials
  2. Click Meetings and followed by the meeting you want to add an alternative host to
    meetings
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the created meeting and click Edit

  4. Click All to edit all meeting occurrences
    all
  5. Scroll down to Options and click Show to view additional meeting options

  6. In the Alternative Hosts field, enter the alternative host's email address
    save
  7. Click Save to finish
