1PP CIVIC: W506 & W518

Introduction

This article will instruct how to use the teachers podium and display in 5th floor of 1 Pace Plaza CIVIC W506 & W518.

Instructions

1. Open a browser and go to https://www.t1v.com/app to download the T1V app
   • Note: You will need the T1V app to share content from your laptop
2. Download the application, by selecting the appropriate Operating System for your device
   
3. After downloading and installing the T1V app, open up the T1V app and enter the Room ID and Passcode
   • Note: These are found in the top right corner of the Main display
     
4. The Room ID and Passcode are found in the top right corner of the (in room) Main display
   
5. Once you are connected to the room display, you can begin using the T1V app
6. To share your laptop’s screen, select the Share option
   • Note: The Share button can be found in the top right corner of the app for Mac OS and top left corner of the app for Windows OS
     
7. The Move, Draw and Erase Tools (from left to right) are located in the top left of the tool bar
