1PP: Lecture Hall North & Lecture Hall South 2nd Floor

Introduction

This article will instruct how to use the teachers podium and display in 2nd floor of 1 Pace Plaza Civic Lecture Hall North and Lecture Hall South.

Instructions

  1. Locate the Touch-panel located on the Teachers podium
  2. Select Start

  3. Once you’ve selected Start the projection screen will lower and the projector will turn on (it will typically auto-source to the desktop image).
  4. Now that the system has booted on, select the source you wish to use. You may source the projector to your PC-HDMI or you may source it to your laptop via Laptop-HDMI or Laptop-VGA (if you need an adaptor, please see us to borrow one).

  5. You may use the Dual display option if you want to use both projector independently to source different content on each project. There is also the option of muting/unmuting each source to the projectors.

  6. If you would like to adjust the Volume of the source, use the Volume gauge as shown below

  7. To adjust the lighting and microphone volume levels, you may use the Settings & Lights option

  8. Once selected you now have the option to adjust the Lights scenes and Mic levels

  9. To return to the main page from any screen, you may utilize the Back button

  10. If you are having difficulties and need assistance, you may select the Help option

  11. It will display the phone number for our Educational Media office line

  12. When you are finished with class. You may shut down the system by selecting the Shut Down option in the upper right of the screen

  13. Then confirming YES
    click yes
  14. A notification will display indicating the system is shutting down
