Brightspace/Classes: Creating a Tool Based Homepage

Instructions

  1. Click on the course, press Tools in the blue navigation bar, select Course Admin and then Homepages

  2.  
  3. Click Create Homepage

  4. Name the new Homepage and enter a description if desired
    name
  5. Select Tool in the Type dropdown box
  6. Select one.of the desired tool from the Tool dropdown box.
  7. Click Save and Close
  8. You will be brought back to the previous page.  To change the active homepage, click the dropdown box under the Active Homepage heading.  Choose which of the existing homepages you would like to make the active homepage.
  9. Click Apply.
