Introduction
If you are an international student and are having trouble calling the ITS Help Desk, you can email us at pacehelpdesk@pace.edu with your full name, UID, or username, a phone number, and a time during our Hours of Operation (EST) when you will be available, so we can call you. We are able to make international calls, as long as you provide the country you are in or the country code.
Note: When calling, please be in front of a computer with Internet. Also, the Firefox browser works best with our system.
