ITS Help Desk: International Calls

Introduction

If you are an international student and are experiencing difficulty calling the ITS Help Desk, please email us at pacehelpdesk@pace.edu with your full name, UID or username, a phone number, and your availability in Eastern Standard Time (EST) during our Hours of Operation. We will reply to your email with a Zoom meeting link or contact you by phone. International calls can be made as long as you provide the country you are calling from or the country code.

Note: When meeting with us, please be in front of a computer with Internet access and ensure you have a working webcam and microphone for identity verification. The Firefox browser works best with our system.
