What is the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Form?

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal law that protects the educational records of students over the age of 18, once enrolled.  The Department of Education requires a FERPA form on file in order for the school to disclose specific information regarding a student’s account to anyone other than the student.  For more information and to complete the FERPA form please visit http://www.pace.edu/FERPA.
