Brightspace/Classes: Fixing LinkedIn Learning Issue in Firefox

 

Introduction

If you are trying to add or access LinkedIn Learning content when using Firefox as your browser, you may encounter a blank box or endless loading screen. To resolve this issue, follow the steps below.

Instructions

1. On the top right of your Firefox browser, click on the three horizontal lines and press Settings.

2. Click on Privacy and Security in the left hand panel.

 

3. On the top of the Privacy and Security section, navigate to Enhanced Tracking Protection and click on the button that says Manage Exceptions.

 

4. Enter the address for Pace's Brightspace/CLASSES site (https://classes.pace.edu) and click Save Changes.

5. If it still doesn’t work, try to use Custom settings with Tracking content turned OFF:
