Introduction
Classes has a dynamic help feature. Located at the bottom right of any page in Classes, the virtual help assistant provides answers to your questions.
Instructions
1. Log in to Classes/Brightspace, and navigate towards the lower right hand side.
2. Look for the get help button in the lower right corner.
3. Click on the get help button to open the feature. Here, you can receive automated responses or chat with an assistant.
