Introduction
Classes has a dynamic help feature. Located at the bottom right of any page in Classes, the virtual help assistant provides answers to your questions. Also look for other help resources at the top of the Brightspace/Classes log in page.
Instructions
1. Log in to Brightspace/Classes, and navigate towards the lower right hand side.
2. Look for the blue chat button in the lower right corner.
3. Click on the chat button to open the feature. Here, you can receive automated responses.
