Pyramid Analytics: Logging In

Introduction

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to log in to Pyramid Analytics, including Duo MFA authentication.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Pyramid Analytics website via https://pyramid.pace.edu
  2. Enter your Pace email address in the area under Sign In and click Next 
    Pace Email Address
  3. Enter your Pace password under your Pace email address, then click Sign In
    Pace Password
  4. Enter the Duo passcode from the Duo Mobile App, then click Verify
    Duo Passcode
  5. Verify that this is your device by clicking on Yes, this is my device
    Trust the Browser
  6. You will be presented with the Pyramid Home Screen and have successfully logged in
    Pyramid Analytics site
