Introduction

Qualtrics is a web‑based survey software available to current Pace University faculty, staff, and students. It supports research, teaching, and administrative activities across the university.

Note: Pace University provides two primary tools for administering surveys:

  • Qualtrics is recommended for more complex surveys managed by faculty, staff, and administrators that are part of IRB-related research. Additional information is available on the OPAIR’s Survey Resources page.
  • Microsoft Forms is included with the University’s Microsoft license and is best suited for collecting information or administering basic quizzes, polls, and surveys. Additional information is available in the Office 365: Microsoft Forms article.

Signing on to Qualtrics

  1. Sign in to Qualtrics Log in Service using you Pace Credentials
    LogIn

  2. If you do not already have an account, select No, I don’t have a preexisting account here to create and account
    No I dont have a preexisting account
  3. Once your account is successfully created, click Sign in
    Login

Qualtrics offers a variety of training materials and documentation to help you design, distribute, and manage surveys effectively. The following resources are recommended for users at all experience levels:
