Brightspace/Classes: Course Tools Qwickly

Introduction

Course Tools Qwickly allows you to perform tasks in several courses simultaneously. These items include:

• Posting Announcements
• Sending Emails
• Posting Content
• Creating Calendar Events
• Creating Assignments

Instructions

1. Access Course Tools Qwickly on the Classes homepage, underneath the My Courses Widget
   or
   In the Tools link on the course navbar.
   
    
2. Select a task from the left hand menu.
   
    
3. Click the checkboxes for the courses in which you’d like the task to be performed.
   
    
4. Complete the applicable fields in the right hand window.
   
    
5. Click the Submit button to complete the action.
