Creating a Quiz

1. Navigate to the Quizzes Tool

2. Click New Quiz

3. Enter a quiz Name

4. Add new questions to the quiz or add existing questions from your question library.

5. As you add questions to the quiz, the total points in the Grade Out Of section will update.

6. To add a corresponding gradebook column for this quiz, click Not in Grade Book and select Add to Grade Book. If a column for the quiz already exists in the gradebook, click Not in Grade Book and select Edit or Link to Existing to link the quiz to an existing grade item.

7. Add a Due Date for the quiz if applicable.

8. Make the quiz visible to students and Save your work.
