Introduction
This article will demonstrates how to create a collaborative folder in Panopto.

Instructions
- Go to the Panopto server by going to https://pace.hosted.panopto.com
- Once the webpage loads, select Sign In under Pace Brightspace
- You will then be prompted to enter your Pace Credentials. Enter your Pace username (do NOT include @pace.edu) and your Pace password, followed by LOGIN.

- Once you have successfully logged into the Pace server, select My Folder and select the folder you would like to share

- Select the Share icon

- Select Change under People and groups. A window will appear and select Stop Inheriting.

- Begin typing the Pace e-mail address of the user you would like to have access to your folder. The user must have created a Panopto account prior to this step (Accessing Pace Panopto Server).Once you have added their e-mail, select Viewer or Creator.
- Note: Viewer allows them to view the recordings in your folder and Creator allows them to create, upload, edit, and delete recordings within the folder.

- Once you have added the user(s) you would like to give access to, click Send

- The user(s) will be notified via e-mail. They will also be able to access the folder in the Browse tab, once proper access is given.
