Introduction
Designated listserv owners/managers can use the LISTSERV Web Interface at https://list.pace.edu to configure, update, and make changes to their assigned email lists. When logging in from off-campus, it is required to first connect to Pace VPN and provide a Duo Multifactor Authentication (MFA) passcode. Instructions
Signing on to Pace Listserv
- Go to https://list.pace.edu
- Click Log In to the far top right of the page
- Type your full Pace e‐mail address and your Pace password
- Click Log In
Manage Listserv You Own
If you are the owner of at least one list, you will see a List Management link in the top menu.
- Click List Management and select List Dashboard
- Note: On the List Management Dashboard page, you will see all of the lists you own. From here, you can view and modify the configuration for each list and view different logs
- Click Subscribers or the number as indicated below
- Note: To have a list of all subscribers, click View link under the Subscribers column of the Listserv.
Adding Single or Bulk Subscribers
- Click List Management and click List Dashboard
- Click Subscribers or the number as indicated below
- Note: Now you can either add a single subscriber or add multiple subscribers as shown below
- If this is a single subscriber, type the email address and click Add Subscriber

- If this is for multiple subscribers, click Bulk Operations
- Select Add

Click Choose File and select the text file to import from your computer
- Note: You’ll need a plain text file (.txt) with the user email addresses in it. Once you have it click on browse and then navigate to the file. Then click on “Add the imported …..” and the emails will be on the list.
- Outlook must be used to email the subscribers using list-L@list.pace.edu.

Click Import button
Deleting Single Subscribers
- Click List Management and click List Dashboard
- Click Subscribers or the number as indicated below
- Check off single or multiple subscribers from the list you wish to delete and click Delete Subscribers
