Introduction

This article will instruct how to use the teachers podium and display in 2nd and 3rd floor of 163 William Street 200, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 300, 301, 302, 303, 304, 305, 306, 307

Instructions

1. Locate the Touch Panel on the Podium

2. Touch anywhere on the screen to begin
   

3. Select from the following sources you would like to display to the class.

   • Room PC: If you select this source, you will display the PC built into the podium.

   • Laptop: If you select this source, you will display your personal Laptop device. Please note, that for this option, your Laptop must be connected to the HDMI cable available on the podium.

     • Note: If you are using a Mac or Laptop that does not have an HDMI port accessible, we strongly recommend that you either use the Dedicated PC source or bring a suitable HDMI adapter based on your personal device.

   • Air Media: If you select this source, you will be able to connect and cast your Laptop/Mac device wirelessly to the projector/TV display. 
     

4. You may adjust or mute the Program Volume in the room using the controls on the Touch Panel
   

5. Only when using the Room PC source and connecting your class to Zoom, you can mute and unmute the room microphone by selecting the Microphone icon.
   

6. When you are finished with class, you may shut down the system by selecting the power icon in the upper left of the Touch Panel.
   

7. Then select the green check option
