Brightspace/Classes: Add Panopto Media Using the Insert Stuff Button

Introduction

This article will instruct on how to embed Panopto media anywhere in Brightspace/Classes that you can access the Brightspace Text Editor.

Instructions

Create a File

1. Navigate to the course that you’d like to add the video to
2. Click on Content in the blue Navigation Bar
3. In the desired Module, click the Upload/Create button, then select Create a File
   
   
4. Give the file a Title
   
   
5. In the HTML editor, click on the Insert Stuff button
   
   
6. Scroll down and select Panopto
   
   
7. Select the video you wish to embed and click the Insert button
   • Note: You can use the drop down to access videos in specific Panopto folders and use the search bar to find videos within the folder
     
8. Preview the video then select the Insert button
   
   
9. Click the Save and Close button
