How do I grant an authorized user access to my Payment Portal?

AUTHORIZED USER (PARENTS, GUARDIAN, OTHER DESIGNEE)

Permission must be granted by the student for parent, guardian, employer access. Students can complete this assignment through the authorized user process in their payment portal account.
